Term of Service
you accept and understand my term of service by commissioning me
General Terms
❖ you must be +18 to commission me. (paypal age requirement)
❖ please note that my art style changes from time to time.
❖ if you are interested in more than one commission, please fill out another form for every commission.
❖ you will get jpeg, png or gif file, psd can be given if asked.
❖ i have the right to decline your commission, without giving you a specific reason.
Payment and Prices
❖ payment methods: paypal, ko-fi in usd
❖ payment must be paid upfront, however, i accept 50/50 payment for commission above 100 $.
❖ complex and additional characters will cost more.
❖ the listed prices of the commissions are base prices and for private use only. commercial usage will be priced differently.
private use are: printing the art for your own decoration, using it as a screen background/profile pictures, reposting on your own social media with credit given to me, and anything that doesn't involve gaining any profit.
commercial use are: making prints to sell at conventions, assets, and artwork for a video game, illustrations for books, logos, merch, flyers, and posters for advertising, animation work for a show, etc.
Right and Credits
❖ when reposting, you may never delete or hide my credits. please link them to my account.
❖ the commissioner may use the artwork for their private use only and cannot use the artwork to gain any kind of currency, unless the agreement for commercial use is made.
❖ i am allowed to use your commission for portfolios and non-profit purposes. i have all rights to my artwork.
Queue Slots and Work in Process
❖ commission queue and status can be checked on my to-do list.
❖ you may ask for wips and the status of your commission info occasionally only, as i don't work on commission every day.
❖ on a big project, I will give you the sketch wip, lineart wip, coloring wip, and the final artwork. i will continue my work once they got approved by you.
❖ small tweaks or mistakes on my behalf are free of charge, but more time-consuming changes will cost extra.
❖ completely redoing a commission from scratch is not an option.
❖ commissions can vary from within a few days to 2 months. my work time depends on the commission type, the queue length, and my private life situations.
❖ you may ask for a deadline, i will only accept it if i am confident to finish it in your given time. if i accept and can't finish them due to private reasons, you will be notified.
Refund Policy
❖ if I have started work on your commission and you would like a refund, I will only refund the amount excluded from the time I have already spent on your commission.
❖ full refunds are only available if I can't work and have not started to work on your commission due to private reasons.
