you accept and understand my term of service by commissioning me
Payment and Prices
❖ payment methods: paypal, ko-fi in usd
❖ payment must be paid upfront, however, i accept 50/50 payment for commission above 100 $.
- I will only start/continue on the commission after the payment
❖ the listed prices of the commissions are base prices
❖ if you are commissioning me to make a P2U template, you will pay the same prices as everyone else.
- P2U usually lies between $ 3 - $ 25 (depends on what you requested)

Term of service
❖ you must be +18 to commission me. (paypal age requirement)
❖ you will get an import link with editable colors and backgrounds for CSS.
❖ you can always as me questions about the code, but don't ask me to make an entirely new code for you.
❖ review and feedback are highly appreciated.
Right and Credits
❖ commissions are for personal use only, you can’t copy, claim, redistribute or share my code.
❖ don't remove my credit. even if you edit the code, you have to credit me.
Queue Slots and Work in Process
❖ commission queue and status can be checked on my to-do list.
❖ you may ask for wips and the status of your commission info occasionally only, as i don't work on commission every day.
❖ small tweaks or mistakes on my behalf are free of charge, but more time-consuming changes will cost extra.
❖ commissions can vary from within a few days to 2 months. my work time depends on the commission type, the queue length, and my private life situations.
❖ you may ask for a deadline, i will only accept it if i am confident to finish it in your given time. if i accept and can't finish them due to private reasons, you will be notified.
Refund Policy
❖ if I have started work on your commission and you would like a refund, I will only refund the amount excluded from the time I have already spent on your commission.
❖ full refunds are only available if I can't work and have not started to work on your commission due to private reasons.
❖ if you cancel or want a refund, I might use the commissioned work as a P2U template.
